Marcella Severini, MBA 2025

“Through my roles in supply chain and trade marketing, I have consistently applied my STEM foundation to drive growth and sustainable outcomes. From leading Lean Six Sigma projects that enhanced operational efficiency to applying analytical thinking to trade marketing execution strategies, each experience has reinforced my belief that STEM leadership is a powerful force for change – not just in processes, but in people.
To amplify my impact, I came to realize that technical skills alone aren’t enough. Leadership today demands much more: emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to bring people along with you. This realization was a major factor in my decision to join the IMD MBA program – an environment where I could grow not just as a professional, but as a person.”
