How to apply to an IMD Open Program?

We review applications on a rolling basis, and places are limited – we encourage you to apply early to secure your spot. When reviewing applications, we look closely at your professional experience, leadership responsibilities, and overall fit for the program.

Your application is reviewed to ensure the program matches your goals and profile.

You might be contacted for a short call (depending on the program).

Once approved, you receive an email with:
1. Enrolment confirmation
2. Invoice & payment details

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice or before the program starts (whichever comes first).

Up to six weeks before the program starts, you gain access to the learning portal, where you can start dive into pre-work, explore program content, and in some cases connect with your class. A dedicated Program Coordinator will contact you with practical details, such as pre-program preparation and hotel information (for on-campus programs).
