Your journey starts by learning the business foundations to be successful in a general management/ leadership role. 2 x 2 weeks at IMD Campus
Your journey continues with a focus on the personal and business leadership skills you need to influence others and drive positive change in your organization. 2 x 2 weeks at IMD with inter-module support. See details: Transition to Business Leadership
Successful completion of both programs and a final assessment leads to the Program for Executive Development (PED) Executive Certificate.
This IMD Executive Certificate is an accredited Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS), an internationally recognized academic qualification that awards 20 ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System).
